Lloyd Price

Lloyd is a Partner and Co-Founder of Nelson Advisors. He brings 12+ years of successful HealthTech entrepreneurial experience having founded and exited various companies including Zesty in 2020 to Induction Healthcare Group PLC (FTSE:INHC). Prior to his HealthTech ventures, Lloyd held senior business development, marketing, strategy and corporate development roles at Kelkoo, Yahoo! UK, Yahoo! Europe and Badoo/Bumble.

Lloyd is a Health Executive in Residence at the UCL Global Business School for Health, Mentor for Oxford Venture Capital Network, Oxford MedTech Society.  He was a Founder of The Future Health community in 2024, Founding Member of the Digital Healthcare Council in 2017 and Committee Member for the Coalition for a Digital Economy promoting the interests of UK startups.

Lloyd led the Coadec-TechUK delegation sent to the European Parliament in Brussels in Sept 2015 and March 2016 to discuss the General Data Protection Regulation and what the UK Tech sector needs from the EU Digital Single Market.

Lloyd was asked to judge the Digital Health Pitchfest Awards in 2022, 2023 and the HealthInvestor Awards 2024, 2025. He was asked to be a panellist and speaker at Citi's European Internet & Digital Conference 2016, McKinsey 5th Annual Digital Health Conference 2022 and the Economist MedTech Debate in 2013.

Paul Hemings

Paul is a Partner and Co-Founder of Nelson Advisors.  He brings more than a decade of global M&A and capital raising expertise, and 10 years of entrepreneurial experience having founded and exited from 2 early-stage companies, most recently in metabolic HealthTech. Prior to his early-stage ventures,

Paul held investment and strategy roles at Invesco, and senior investment banking advisory roles at Credit Suisse where his transaction experience included over £50 Billion of M&A and £40 Billion of equity/financing. Paul remains an active Board Advisor to a number of early-stage tech companies across the health/med tech, fintech and consumer sectors. Paul has an honours degree in Economics from Queen’s University (Canada) and an MBA from London Business School.

His extensive corporate finance experience includes $50+ Billion of Mergers & Acquisitions and $40+ Billion equity/financing transactions across US, UK, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.

As Co-Founder of Neutrally, Paul focused on intercepting chronic lifestyle disease with data-led habit change around nutrition, exercise, sleep + mental well-being. His research led to the commercial application of the future of weight management, wellness & longevity.
